The CAGE Research Centre was founded by the late Nick Crafts in 2010 and is based in the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick. It delivers policy-driven economics research informed by culture, history and behaviour.
The centre addresses topics as diverse as the historical roots of Britain's economic problems, the role of social norms in shaping the success of government policies, and the new challenges of the attention economy.
It uses its unique position to ensure that the next generation of researchers and policy practitioners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to implement policy decisions that reflect a cross section of society.
