Our food has an emphasis on carefully sourced ingredients, chosen from artisan producers and local suppliers for quality. As well as this, our menus are seasonal and tailored to our client’s vision. We strive to achieve the highest standards across the board from reviewing our supplier lists on a monthly basis to holding regular training sessions for our staff, to ensure that these standards are met.
