The award-winning Greater Inland Empire Chapter (GRIE) was founded in 1990 to meet the needs of the common interest development industry in the Inland Empire area of Riverside and San Bernardino counties and the eastern fringes of Los Angeles County.
Active participation is the key to getting the most benefit from membership in this chapter. Our chapter offers a wide variety of educational programs and workshops for Homeowner Leaders such as: Basic Essentials Class; Advanced Essentials—Strategic Planning for Board Members, Reserves & Maintenance & Developer Transition Communities and in 2017 rolled out our newest Board Leadership Development class.

The Chapter attributes its success to—and thanks—its dedicated group of volunteers serving the organization in various capacities.
