Caistor Yarborough Academy provides a personalised and inclusive learning environment which nurtures and values every student through an ethos of Excellence for All. We focus on the whole student to develop rounded individuals who are articulate and have excellent communication skills. Qualifications and learning progress are central to our students’ ongoing success and learning journey, allowing students to open doors to opportunities in further education and within the world of work. We encourage hard work, participation, self challenge and academic aspiration. Our students rise to the challenge and are proactive, forward thinking and community spirited. Opportunities for leadership and individual development are offered throughout the academy as we seek to support, as well as develop, students. Our prefects and students set a high standard as role models for the learning community and we are proud of the spirit of collaboration and care which is apparent throughout.
