CakEcho Studio

cakEcho Studio was established in 2022. Our focus is conducting workshops for making Dragon Beard candy, a craft recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of Hong Kong. We aim to pass down this culture and raise awareness among more people. To achieve this goal, we actively offer dragon beard candy interest classes, especially welcoming parent-child groups to help preserve childhood memories. By engaging more individuals, we hope to evoke cherished memories and ensure that this traditional craft is preserved for future generations.
