Cal Grinding, Inc. is the worlds leading remanufacturer of engine valves. Founded in 1987 to service a local automotive remanufacturer, it has grown into an international remanufacturer of all types of engine valves.
Our remanufacturing process is uniquely suited to OEM Reman's looking to use OEM valves, without the OEM prices. We are a Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry and a Tier 1 supplier to the diesel OEM's. Our process is robust, proven, and creates significant savings for our customers. Not to mention lead times 1/4, or less, of OEM and aftermarket valve suppliers.
Our automotive customers get extra benefits by using oversize valve stems which can save the existing valve guide further reducing costs and speeding up the overall process.
Beyond this we offer contract manufacturing with a specialization in centerless plunge grinding.
