Calce Pty Ltd is a technology business looking to solve a long-standing problem for organisations dealing with the certified deliveries of products and materials B2B. Using the latest technology and a simple and low cost service model, Calce enables the B2B delivery through to payment work cycle to be performed efficiently, and to transform the accuracy and timeliness of the invoicing and payments. The end goal is a more competitive position for our clients through improved productivity and cashflow.
The first sale of the smart phone app called CalFLOW has been made in temperature controlled food deliveries, under a channel partner agreement that was signed in late 2018.
The app is available for android and iphone.
We are planning a working capital solution called CalCASH that automates business lending, whereby companies can obtain credit for their deliveries/invoices using the CalCASH platform. The source of funds is planned to be a unit trust available for wholesale investors, with Calce operating as an investment manager.
We expect that this credit will be very attractive compared to the commercial debt currently available to our clients.
