KREON manufactures Articulated Arms and laser scanners. Aberlink manufactures Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM’s). WIIBOOX manufactures 3D Printers and scanners. Caldeaz supplies measuring and reverse engineering equipment and software to the Manufacturing Industry. We can supply Articulated Arms with laser scanners or with touch probes as well as CMM’s for the very accurate measurement of components. The Arm can go down to 38 microns accuracy with the laser scanner or 22 microns with the touch probe. The CMM’s can go down to 2.4 microns, CNC operated or manually. The 3D printers ranges from hobbyist printers up to big steel Laser Printers. INSPECTION AND MEASUREMENT: The arms with the laser scanner can be used to measure any part, with no restriction on size, since you can move the arm around the part and later put the scans together to compare to the CAD and immediately see the deviation. The tolerances will be visible in different colours on the screen. This result can also be directly written out to a report in varies formats. The system can also be taken to the part or tool where it is still in the machine. REVERSE ENGINEERING: With the laser scanning the parts can be scanned and then reverse engineered. This gets done in our specialized reverse engineering software Geomagics design X. In this software, you basically design on top of the scan data. COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINES (CMM): CMM’s can be programmed to measure large quantities of parts very accurate. Aberlink got their own inspection software with no Maintenance. 3D PRINTING Caldeaz got a lot of experience in 3D Printing and 3D Printers. We can supply you with any type of 3D Printer from the small FDM type of printer up to the big Plastic, Polystyrene, Sand and Metal Laser Sintering printers.
