Calibration is, simply put, the process in which we make something work in accordance with something else that we believe to be perfect. In coaching, it means taking someone who is currently functioning with the foundation and building blocks that exist (where they are), and to make adjustments, fine-tune or shift oneself to that place where the untapped potential is moving them forward to the level of competency, excellence or achievement they desire (where they want to be). Calibrate Professional Coaching, started by Jodi Hallerman, strives to help you “calibrate” to your authentic existence while inspiring, supporting and keeping you on track. You will begin to break down any barriers or blocks that are keeping you from achieving a life of fulfillment, purpose, passion and joy. You will gain insight, clarity, and the motivation to achieve your goals and to uncover the ideas that will help you create the reality you desire. Choose from a variety of packages, including: 1. One-on-one coaching in Life Purpose, Career Transition, and Leadership/Professional Effectiveness - all individual coaching packages are inclusive of the Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.) Assessment and Debrief. 2. Career Consulting package providing assistance to the job seeker who needs a resume review, update on new practices, and guidance on the most effective job search tools. 3. Access to E.L.I. Assessment and a 90 minute Debrief as a stand-alone offering. 4. Couple (spouses, friends, partners, siblings, or parent and child), Team (professional work team desiring more effective work relationships or increased productivity) or Group (individuals who share in similar challenges) coaching.
