Our web-based app uses AI-driven algorithms to objectively assess users’ speech, then recommends engaging micro-lessons to help them improve, as well as allowing users to provide instant one-click feedback for peers and coworkers. Despite it being repeatedly shown that soft skills are not only necessary, but also highly valued by managers and recruiters, 89% of executives still say that it is hard to find employees that possess them. While many learning programs promise vague self-improvement outcomes, Calibri uses proven behavioral science, objective and subjective feedback, and customized learning plans to create measurable results. In the past, we’ve worked effectively with engineers and technical employees through our experimental pilot programs, and are now rolling out a beta of our web app for a larger audience.
