The California Construction Authority (CCA) is a Joint Powers Authority based in Sacramento, California, specializing in construction management, plan review, and inspection services for California's network of fairgrounds and event centers. With over 150 active projects valued at approximately $246 million, CCA is dedicated to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure for these vital community spaces.
