Call For Environmental Conservation Organization

Call for Environmental Conservation (CFEC) is a registered non-governmental organization based in Tanzania, operating across the Tanzanian mainland. The organization is dedicated to creating informed and resilient communities through climate change and environmental conservation education. Our work focuses on addressing the unique and disproportionate environmental challenges faced by women and young girls. These include clean cooking energy poverty and the overlooked struggles of female waste pickers in the waste picking and circular economy sector. We envision sustainable, greener, cleaner, and healthier communities for all. Our main target groups are women, youth, and children. To reach and empower these groups, we apply a range of approaches including Trainings, capacity building, awareness programs, program & projects, advocacy, and public campaigns.
