At Calliope Biophysics, we excel at repurposing genius for new uses. We believe that the solutions to healthcare's biggest challenges have already been invented, but might need to be repackaged to fit a new use. We love using tried and true technology in other industries and figure out how it can be used in healthcare. For example, rocket science. Using our patented technology derived from everyday use in rocket science, we are striving to improve detection rates of cancer and aim to develop an in vivo diagnostic tool to give real-time data to surgeons on if cancer is in the tissue.
We celebrate the genius of those before us, and look to use our own to reapply that genius in novel ways to tackle healthcare's most difficult problems.
