My journey began with a deep exploration of life's big questions. After a long career in executive leadership and coaching, I sought something more — a profound understanding of what truly drives change, both personally and collectively. Years of study led me to the realization that it's not matter, but 'cosmic consciousness' that forms the foundation of everything. This discovery shifted my perspective and transformed my approach to leadership and mentoring. I recognized that the world is on the brink of a profound shift. We are beginning to value relationships and experiences over material possessions. However, breaking free from the mental programming and trauma many of us carry is challenging. Rewiring our minds to embrace this new reality is no easy task, and few address the real struggles involved. As I navigated my own transformation, I realized my journey was not solitary. Many professionals and individuals feel stuck in a world that no longer makes sense to them. They see the need for change but don't know how to achieve it. Having experienced this process myself, I understand the struggle, the breakthroughs, and the freedom that comes with authentic change. In July 2022, I took a leap of faith and moved to Norway, embracing this new perspective fully. It was here that I decided to dedicate myself to helping others on their transformative journeys.
