Delphine Borg et Billy Guidoni se sont rencontré à l’École d'Architecture de Marseille en 2001, et travaillent ensemble depuis.
À partir de 2006, ils développent leurs projets personnels sous le nom de We Are Not From Kalamazoo en parallèle de leur activité en agence, obtenant plusieurs distinctions et publications.
En 2014 Delphine et Billy fondent CALMA pour se consacrer à un exercice du projet architectural, urbain et paysager en leur nom propre.
CALMA travaille sur des commandes, des concours, des projets participatifs et des initiatives spontanées en se basant sur le contexte et les précédents historiques comme les typologies et matériaux locaux pour développer des projets cohérents de qualité.
Delphine Borg and Billy Guidoni met at the School of Architecture in Marseille in 2001, and have been working together ever since.
Since 2006 they have developed their personal work under the name We Are Not From Kalamazoo, while working in offices, leading to some awards and publications.
In 2014 CALMA was founded, dedicated to developing architectural, urban and landscape projects under their own name.
CALMA currently works on commissions, competitions, collaborative projects and spontaneous proposals, and bases its approach on context and historical precedents as well as local materials and archetypes to develop coherent, quality projects.
