The Calm/Cool Collective

The calm/cool collective is a wellness community that creates space for BIPOC who are experiencing stress to explore holistic wellness practices that strengthen self-awareness, connectivity, and the ability to feel at ease in any given moment. Our Mission: Our mission is to provide access to holistic wellness practices that cultivate peace, calm, and collective healing. Through collaborations with local businesses, nonprofits and BIPOC practitioners, we create chill spaces that celebrate our culture, normalize self and collective care, and deepen roots in our community. Our Ethos: 1. Reclaim your calm in order to heal as a community we must first heal ourselves. Blending mindfulness and movement with stillness and ease, our offerings are intentionally designed to encourage slowing down, tuning in and bringing harmony to body, mind and spirit. 2. Celebrate your cool at the center of your being lies your true identity, your spiritual nature. It’s your unique energy that doesn’t change. This is your cool. We create space that emphasizes self-love and compassionate self-awareness, allowing you to realign with your truth, become grounded in your cool and be empowered by it. 3. Be in community Our inclusive community is rooted in wellness experiences that inspire BIPOC to unite through the collective restoration of peace and vitality. We create chill spaces that connect diverse practitioners, brands and businesses who share our mission of amplifying the healing of communities of color.
