Calm, Fit, Complete

Calm, Fit, Complete is on its way to becoming the most relevant and comprehensive, mentorship, reintegration and community assistance project in the country. The program encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness to ensure a total body transformation - Mind, Body and Soul. Calm, Fit, Complete will empower and educate veterans, youth and all other members on how to be thoughtful, engaged, productive members of their family, the community and world in which we live. Currently in search of: *Motivated, reliable, Post 9/11, veterans turned student or those otherwise gainfully employed and able to pass a background check. *Children from Gold star families or those who otherwise may be "at-risk." * Local gyms, studios and businesses that may be interested in hosting a workout, class or other event. *Teachers, community leaders, and guest speakers who wish to teach or lead a specific class or activity *Corporate sponsorships and funding opportunities.
