The program encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness to ensure a total body transformation - Mind, Body and Soul. Calm, Fit, Complete will empower and educate veterans, youth and all other members on how to be thoughtful, engaged, productive members of their family, the community and world in which we live.

*Motivated, reliable, Post 9/11, veterans turned student or those otherwise gainfully employed and able to pass a background check.
