Calon is a group of companies focusing in the development of residential and commercial properties in Greece, since 1988. Over the past 30+ years, the group has developed numerous high-end projects with an excellent track record. Since the end of the Greek economic crisis our main activity has been the acquisition of existing vacant buildings and their subsequent conversion into prime residential, hospitality or commercial properties. We then run the management of our completed projects until the final exit. We focus mainly in the cities of Athens, Piraeus & Thessaloniki
