Cal Poly Real Estate Club

The Cal Poly Real Estate Club is one of the most cultivated student-run organizations on campus. Open to all Cal Poly graduate and undergraduate students, the club meets weekly learn from a variety of guest speakers. Speakers cover a wide range of topics including the residential brokerage, real estate investment, commercial brokerage, real estate analysis, development, REIT's, and industry trends. In addition, the club organizes national trips each year. These study trips include tours of various real estate projects, presentations by real estate firms, and receptions with local alumni. Finally, the club assists members in obtaining internship and permanent positions through resume workshops, job postings, internship opportunities, and alumni networking opportunities.
