CAMBA Housing Ventures, Inc. (CHV) develops, owns, and manages apartment buildings that are elevating the standard for affordable and supportive housing. Our projects respond to the urgent needs of the communities we serve and embody design excellence through our use of high-quality and environmentally-friendly materials and contextual architecture. CHV is an affiliate of CAMBA, Inc., a large nonprofit organization based in Brooklyn that provides onsite supportive services for all residents in our developments. CHV’s portfolio, including work-out acquisition, new construction, rehabilitation, and preservation deals, represents more than $1 billion in public and private investment in completed or in-progress developments located throughout New York City. We’ve created, partnered to create, or are in construction and predevelopment on 17 developments that provide 2,970 units of affordable housing.
