Communication throughout the project. For quality work, we constantly remain in contact with our client, this is the key to the success of the project: to validate that we are moving in the same direction, to check that we are in agreement. This way we can be sure that we are achieving exactly what our customer is asking for.
Confirmation by the client of the result of our work. The end of the project for us is when our client considers that the result complies and validates the specifications. We are pragmatic and know that the phrase “the customer is always right” is the principle of good service, in fact what counts is the result!
