Born in 1976 with the name of Plastibenaco (and then changed into Camozzi Technopolymers in 2018), the company joined the Camozzi Group in 1994.
To the client, Camozzi Technopolymers is a complete partner that integrates with its production cycle: from the co-design of the project to the choice of the most suitable material, from the realisation of the moulds, to finishing and assembly processes.
PRODUCTION
Using the latest generation of machinery, comprised of 28 presses weighing from 25 to 800 tonnes, Camozzi Technopolymers can produce pieces that weigh from hundredths of a gram up to 3 kg.
MICRO-INJECTION
For sectors like electrotechnics, pneumatics, telephony and watchmaking we make precision items that are almost invisible to the naked eye, using the latest generation machinery.
METAL REPLACEMENT
We have the know-how to replace traditional metal alloys with high-performance technopolymers (re-engineering and realisation of the item).
FINISHING
To give the products the characteristics demanded by customers, we use ultrasonic welding, pad printing and screen printing. We also carry out recovery operations (threading, drilling, milling) using automated or manual procedures.
