Camp Awakening

After much reflection and evaluation, the Board of Directors made the decision in October 2023 to cease camp operations and wind up the charity. We shared at the time that we were committed to continuing to support children and youth with physical disabilities to attend integrated summer camp programs. We are thrilled to announce that through a significant donation the Camp Awakening Legacy Fund is being established at Amici Children’s Camp Charity! This generous gift will be invested to generate an income that will be used annually to support children and youth with physical disabilities to attend overnight summer camp.
