Camp Centurion

Camp Centurion Camp Centurion’s mission is to provide local veterans experiencing the difficult transition from military to civilian life with the essential secure environment, services, and support they need to be able to finally “come home,” regardless of the length of time since their discharge. Camp Centurion is a residential shelter for homeless and low-income Veterans in Bessemer City, NC. The program can accommodate up to eight veterans at a time. Many residents have also experienced domestic violence and live with chronic health conditions. The program provides housing and recovery support services as the veterans transition to more independent and permanent housing settings.
