Camp Hammer

Camp Hammer is a Christian camping facility located on one hundred acres of Redwood forest in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains (directly adjacent to Big Basin State Park). We are an evangelical Christian ministry (owned by Twin Lakes Church in Aptos, California), committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with every camper we encounter. Our motto is simple: Rooted in Love • Grown in Truth Our focus is on summer camp programs. We are committed to loving the campers by showing them Christ's love. We hire a summer staff that is excited, passionate, and eager to care and love for the campers that come to camp. In the off-season (Sept-May), we partner with various ministries that rent our facilities and program their own events. We provide these groups a peaceful, worry-free environment for their mission and vision to flourish. These groups help sustain our Summer ministry, so that more campers can come and experience the love of God! Ask any camper, staff, or retreat attendee and you'll hear: "There's no place like Camp Hammer!"
