Campaign for Change (CfC), established in 2017, is the first and only organization led by intersex people in Nepal. We address the plight of the intersex community in Nepal and bring forth the challenges, existing inequalities, and stigma.
Hence, we advocate with the government and other different institutions to recognize the need to establish the rights of the intersex community through incapacitating and enhancing skills, building knowledge, and raising awareness of the intersex community.
CfC dedicates its efforts to shift the prevalent focus of pathologizing and unnecessary "sex normalizing" surgeries to acceptance for intersex people.
