Camping to Connect

Camping to Connect uses outdoor recreation and nature immersion to address the diverse issues faced by young men from traditionally underserved communities. From mental health to healthy masculinity conversations, we provide a safe space for meaningful connections of youth ages 13+ with nature, their peers, and dedicated mentors. Our leaders reflect the cultural backgrounds of our youth participants, fostering a vital paradigm shift in their self-perception and understanding of their place in the world. Young Masterminds Initiative dba Camping to Connect is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization currently operating in the New York City and Denver, CO metropolitan areas.
