Campus VIP is the network that “connects the college town.” The team begins with Ryan Hicks and Armani Ahmed, two visionary young entrepreneurs; college students who built Campus VIP app for themselves and their friends at UT Arlington. They wanted an easy way to “get hooked up around campus” and to save money and plan their nights. They set out to build a network for business owners and managers to join and promote what they have to offer students. Campus VIP is assembling a team poised to build a nationally recognized brand, a brand that aims to put a dent in the college universe, that stands for the college experience, and mutually benefits its users—students and business owners alike. The company is advised by an all star line-up of very successful leaders in both corporate and main street America. About the app Campus VIP is a mobile app that connects students with places around campus. Local businesses join the network to share offers, drink specials, and events. Students can choose to join the “VIP List” at their favorite places in order to get the latest notifications and exclusive offerings. The app also shows the drink prices for every day of the week, as well as a calendar of events and things to do. The Campus VIP app network is a powerful tool for students to save money and plan their nights.
