UFV Properties Trust is a new venture launched by UFV in summer 2023 to manage under-utilitzed lands and real estate matters. We are doing business under the brand name Campus Communities and our initial focus will be development of lands at UFV Abbotsford campus and the Canada Education Park (CEP) campus in Chilliwack.
The property trust currently has two beneficiaries: UFV and the UFV Foundation.
