Welcome to Campus Voice, a pioneering media program founded by veterinary medicine students at Addis Ababa University College of Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture (CVMA) in 2022. Inspired by the concept of "Beyond Students for Change," we aim to be positive change-makers in our communities by addressing the interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment. Our mission is to foster dialogue and awareness around critical health issues, advocate for effective health education systems, and explore how diseases and health factors impact economies—and vice versa. Through our innovative platform, we strive to empower students and communities with insightful reporting and thought-provoking discussions. At Campus Voice, we believe that informed voices can drive meaningful change. Our engaging content focuses on: • Health: Investigating pressing health concerns affecting humans, animals, and ecosystems. We cover topics ranging from disease prevention to mental health awareness, emphasizing the importance of holistic health approaches. • Education: Advocating for comprehensive health education systems that equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate health challenges and promote well-being in their communities. • Economy: Analyzing the reciprocal relationship between health and economic factors. We provide insights into how public health initiatives can bolster economic stability and how economic disparities can exacerbate health issues.
