Since moving on from a very successful period as CFO of Commercial TV's peak industry body (Free TV Australia) where I was instrumental in transforming it to a self funded commercial entity, my focus has moved to assisting in addressing the challenges and opportunities facing other SME and NFP businesses in operational and finance / accounting areas. During my career, I have been responsible for leading a number of SME and NFP businesses in the development and delivery of their financial objectives, ensuring sound financial control and governance, and developing their accounting function.
