cGEM is the inaugural trainee-led synthetic biology conference. The online event is happening on October 3rd and 4th and is focused on showcasing Canadian research in synthetic biology, with an emphasis on high school, undergraduate, and graduate-level team projects (analogous to the iGEM competition in some aspects).
