Canadian Immigrant is a national multimedia platform with an overarching goal: to help immigrants succeed in Canada by providing the information, inspiration and connections they need. How do we do this? - We create and distribute original, high-calibre content in digital and print formats. - Connect via social media with immigrants in Canada and potential immigrants globally. - Host cross-country events called Canadian Immigrant Fair featuring a tradeshow of exhibitors, speakers’ series, practical workshops and networking opportunities, based on the three pillars of Careers, Education and Settlement. - Present the only national awards program that celebrates Canadian immigrants, the RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards. We develop our content to appeal to all immigrants and refugees regardless of their ethnicity, sharing knowledge and providing inspiration in a positive manner. Our content is comprised of success stories of immigrants who have faced adversity and triumphed. Our hope is these stories will inspire you in your own journey. We also have columns from experts in fields such as immigration law, banking, careers, education and settlement. Our mission is to inform and inspire every immigrant, whether they are planning to immigrate, are brand new to the country and are going through the early years of settlement, or have been here for several years and are now looking for the next steps in their journey.
