Canaf Investments Inc/., (Canaf) is a listed company on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada (TSX-V:CAF), with a long-term strategic focus on investing in southern Africa. Shareholder equity has increased from CAN$1.027million in 2010 to CAN$9.1million in 2023. Cash-flow for the Corporation is mostly being provided by its wholly own subsidiary in South Africa, Quantum Screening and Crushing (Pty) Ltd., ("Quantum"). Quantum, via its subsidiary, Southern Coal (Pty) Ltd., beneficiates anthracite by processing it through its rotary kiln to produce a product known as 'calcined anthracite', which is primarily used a substitute to coke in various sintering processes. In 2019 Canaf registered its property investment entity, Canaf Estate Holdings (Pty) Ltd., which is focused on acquiring, redeveloping and leasing properties within the suburban areas of the old Johannesburg CBD. In 2024 Canaf registered Canaf Capital (Pty) Ltd., an investment company focused on providing capital for short-term financing to businesses and entrepreneurs in South Africa. Canaf seeks sustainable long-term growth in Southern Africa.
