CANATICS, or Canadian National Insurance Crime Services, is a not-for-profit organization focused on using state-of-the-art analytical tools to identify potentially suspicious claims in insurance industry pooled data, to facilitate further investigation by individual insurers. OUR VISION To combat insurance crime for the benefit of Canadians. OUR MISSION To support the fight against insurance crime by providing individual insurers, and the industry, with superior intelligence derived from analytics performed on industry pooled data with an unwavering focus on data quality, privacy and security. OUR MEMBERS CANATICS currently has 9 insurance company members, some with multiple brands. These companies represent about 75% of the auto insurance business in Ontario. Membership is open to all insurers.
