Cancer Support Team is a nonprofit organization providing free professional nursing, social work, case management, and other support services to residents of lower Westchester County, NY., with the goal or enhancing the quality of life of those dealing with the many challenges of a cancer diagnosis. We are licensed by the NYS Department of Health and offer our services at no cost and regardless of insurance coverage.
Our team of caring and compassionate professionals conduct nursing visits, care management assessments, pain and symptom control, nutritional guidance, and educational services. Our professional social workers provide individual and group counseling services, and our case managers provide information about community resources and government assistance.
