CANDA Consulting (PTY) Ltd offers value-added services (VAS) to the Insurer, the Underwriter, and the mandated Broker, allowing you additional offerings to your clients/insureds/brokers. The ultimate goal of the VAS is to enhance your customer service as it enables you to go beyond the usual core of business, beyond your core product and the normal service offering. Our business includes but is not limited to assisting you with your within excess motor vehicle claims in that we claim against a liable party or we can assist with third parties claiming against your insured’s within excess claim. We have a hands-on team that thrives in recoveries against insured and uninsured parties and have independent tracers to assist on different platforms. We take the daily third-party claim frustration from you and your clients whilst our independent motor vehicle assessors are fair and reasonable and able to assist with desktop and physical assessments on vehicle damage repairs and parts.
