We are a collective of certified coaches on a mission to help individuals and organisations reach their highest potential. We believe this is acheived through gaining a deeper awareness of your self and stepping outside of your comfort zone. Coaching is a vehicle for helping you to attain this with great speed and impact. We believe that an organisation is only as good as its people. If its people are not in a constant state of working on themselves, the organisation will not be. Any organisation not growing and innovating is already on the path to its demise. We combine years of experience working in a vast range of industries including government, food, health, FMCG, and energy. We are trained and hold various Bachelors, Masters and Post-Graduate degrees and certifications. Our qualifications include executive and team coaching, mindfulness and meditation, and EDI, with a further extensive toolkit we use of agile/ways of working, personality type indicators, change management, speech and voice techniques, Kanban, presentation skills, and more.
