Candidate Coach was launched in 2020, following over 23 years of experience in education and coaching, and based on a real passion for people and helping them to reach their goals. As the former Director of Recruitment for MBA programs at ESSEC Business School in Paris and Singapore, Eric Lucrezia has developed a deep global network of fellow admissions professionals, and subsequently a deep knowledge of the inner workings of so many of these prestitigous institutions. It is these insights and relationships, along with his genuine interest in people and fierce attention to detail that make Eric so effective in his role as an Admissions Consultant. Over the years as an Admissions Consultant, a few trends have certainly emerged among my clients with respect to career goals, which naturally affects the programs, schools, and even countries they target for their MBA program.
