Candidates Matter is a new concept. Our goal is to reverse the decline in the recruitment process which is driving towards ever more automation and dehumanisation of what is a fundamentally human process. A cycle of automation from recruiters (employers and agencies) is driving ever more gaming from the candidates just to get noticed. This cycle is vicious and is driving up costs for recruiters, delivering poor outcomes for employers and a terrible experience for candidates. Candidates Matter is a standards based organisation whose goal it is to support the industry to reverse this trend. Candidates Matter is not a recruitment company, we do not do the recruitment for you. We just enable a better, more humane process. If recruiters were to ask themselves one question, it should be this. How many of the candidates who went through your process but did not get the role still would like to work for you?
