Candid Coaching

Candid Coaching started as my dream to help individuals in the development of realistic action plans to obtain significant growth, interact more positively with others, to reach their dreams and unlock their leadership potential. Everyone has the potential to be a great leader - at home, on the job, in church, in the community, or wherever you are called to lead. I designed Candid Coaching to help individuals and organizations, through educationally proven guided discovery techniques, identify and put to use every day the leadership potential in each of us. I’ve always dreamed of impacting the world and changing lives. Over the last 30 years as an Army Officer, Educator, Church group leader, and husband and father I’ve held the belief that learning is a life long process. Why? Because I believe it has the power to change us individually, connect communities, be a catalyst for organizations, and transform the communities where we live. Candid Coaching is designed to help individuals and organizations, through educationally proven guided discovery techniques, identify and put to use every day that leadership potential in each of us. Live Mastermind Training Sessions that meet once weekly for 1.5 hr. are designed to bring together a group of 8 to 12 like minded individuals conducting a 4, 5, 6, or 8-week in depth and comprehensive analysis of a specific John Maxwell work. What does leadership development require? Leadership development requires a commitment to take action now with a level of discipline that requires intentional thoughts, words and action steps to produce a deliberate result.
