Candidly Speaking is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2017, that has helped over 2000 people to ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐, helping organizations, schools, and businesses all over the country to foster a more ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐.
Our goal is to ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ๐ in the community and the workplace ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. Our facilitators are specialized in DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and cross-cultural communication. Through structured exercises, we provide a ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ with a method that changes how participants understand both culture and communication. We engage teams in significant conversations that ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ in the workplace.
