At Candidly Speaking, we are committed to 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 through 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. From a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, our program supports businesses and organizations in 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Candidly Speaking is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2017, that has helped over 2000 people to 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, helping organizations, schools, and businesses all over the country to foster a more 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Our goal is to 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 in the community and the workplace 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Our facilitators are specialized in DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and cross-cultural communication. Through structured exercises, we provide a 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 with a method that changes how participants understand both culture and communication. We engage teams in significant conversations that 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 in the workplace. We work as a strategic partner for businesses, helping leaders and employees to thrive in diverse workplaces and to 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, workplace equity, and workplace wellness. Candidly Speaking’s mission is to bring people together through a more genuine connection. We believe we can create better communities by empowering people with 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.
