Candor is a multidisciplinary consultant company established by Mark Chong and Johan Slabber, each with their own unique skills and expertise. The focus of the company is to provide tailor made Cost Management and Project Management services to our clients, drawing from the extensive experience of the owners. Candor is a Level 2, B-BBEE contributor and continuously strive to empower people with knowledge and support. Candor strives to always be agile in an ever changing development environment, and constantly evolve through innovation, but still remaining true to the tried and tested principles of the Quantity Surveying and Project Management professions. We believe in providing support to our clients, by being a sounding board and guiding the process to ensure a balanced approach to each project. We work closely with our clients to structure the development / construction process and complement their resources, to make a project a viable realty. Our clients can also chose from a basket of additional services to best suit their own business model and needs.
