We are Candy Brick, an investment property and real estate company that is currently building luscious villas with a strategic investment and rental plan in Croatia. We are looking to disseminate our developments and reach potential buyers and investors within the English speaking market. Croatia is a tourism hub in Europe at the moment, it started raising significantly tourists interest as a destination since 2000. In 2017 the country had a record-breaking tourism season which attracted a population of 18.5 millions of tourists last year, generating 102 million overnight stays, and this number grows by at least 1 million each year. Istria itself attracted the portion of 22.7% of the total tourist population and that is where and when Candy Brick identified a huge potential, together with preparation, planning and innovative thinking the company built the strategic plan and the amusing properties in the area.
