Our revolutionary technology is capable of creating cleanly separated ribbons of bast & peeled hurd. The process accepts different lengths, diameters & can be fed top end in, lending itself to mobile processing. The ribbons are mechanically degummed during the process & has been proven on dry & green plant samples. A larger scale trial of the technology is in the works that will demonstrateto the world that low-cost, high quality, technical-grade plant fiber is finally here to help society transition to a more sustainable base material that is hemp.
