We produce micro greens, herbs, tops, leaves and flowers for the gourmet industry since 2002. That was the year of change, when we changed from being gardeners to becoming horticulturalists, transforming our fields and orchards into small micro agriculture workshops, turning our work into 'High Agriculture'. Collecting and selecting on demand and delivering the product in 24 hours, we offer the chef a product of the highest quality. We share the values of the kitchen, their needs and their challenges become ours, working with chefs to adapt agriculture to gastronomic trends.
