Cannamedical® Pharma GmbH has a pharmaceutical wholesale licence in accordance with 52a of the Medicines Act (AMG) and a permit to handle narcotics in accordance with § 3 of the Act on Narcotics (BtMG).
As the only independent German cannabis wholesaler we cooperate with several selected international producers. Our independence guarantees a qualitatively and quantitatively unique range of medical cannabis on the German market. In addition to our independence we were also one of the first companies that received the license to import cannabis to Europe.
As the laws in Germany only changed in March 2017, making medical cannabis legal, we were one of the very first to deal with the authorities and have since obtained 7 different licenses, allowing us to import from any GMP production in the world.
Thus we are one of the pioneers in the European cannabis industry and have become specialists in GMP processing and authority auditing.
