Canna-Releaf is a medical cannabis (marijuana) certification clinic located in Mesa, AZ. We specialize in helping patients obtain their medical cards here in the state of Arizona. We help our patients through the entire process. In Arizona there are 12 condition that qualify you for a medical marijuana card.
