Like the canopy of a mature tree, we provide the coverage and the shelter our clients need in a challenging real estate market.

After 20 years in the industry locally, we decided to branch off from the large real-estate firms and shed the mechanisms that detract from the true purpose of construction project management, delivering value for our clients. Our extensive knowledge of the market, construction methodologies and key vendor relationships allow us to leverage our experience and reputation to provide fantastic outcomes for our clients.

Canopy Project Management is led by Alex Holton who is currently building a team of project managers in the Bay Area to serve corporate clients and investors. Alex lives in San Francisco with his wife Holly and their dog Polly. Come join our team!
