The Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health (CanPath) is Canada’s largest population health study, and it provides comprehensive genomic, clinical, behavioural and environmental data on over 330,000 Canadians for the global research community to produce evidence to establish health-related policies. The national cohort brings together seven regional cohorts: BC Generations Project, Alberta's Tomorrow Project, Healthy Future Sask, Manitoba Tomorrow Project, Ontario Health Study, CARTaGENE (Quebec), and the Atlantic Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health. CanPath is hosted by the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health with national funding from the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer. The Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) hosts CanPath data in a safe and secure environment.
